4. Charges

All purchases will be subject to delivery charges, except where we are running a free delivery promotion. We endeavour to keep delivery costs as low as possible. The cost is dependent on the size and weight of the product, and whether or not the address is to a remote area.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

7. Custom Orders

Some of our products can be custom made to your own specifications. Delivery times will vary on these items, but this will be discussed with you when you place your order.

8. Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days from the day of delivery. The following conditions must be met:

  • · Any additional products that were included in the box, must also be returned, eg batteries, Remote Controls, Instructions etc.
